Requests for Proposals
The Town of Harwood is currently seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide full construction and engineering design related services necessary to provide a complete reconstruction of the east side of town destroyed in the recent zombie attacks.
Services include: re-installation of Utility conduits, sewer pipelines and all necessary manholes; re-installation of the town’s street light; repaving of roadways with crosswalks and paving materials specified; and reconstruction of sidewalks, streetscapes and landscaping materials. All work must be completed in conformance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding erosion and sediment control practices.
One (1) original and two (2) copies of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope/package marked “Town of Harwood Reconstruction,” addressed to Walter Harcourt, Vice Mayor, and received no later than 3:00 p.m. (local prevailing time) on Friday, November 13, 2009 at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read.
The Town of Harwood is a rural town with a rich history, known for its spectacular scenery and close proximity to the Boca del Infeirno.
